The Iranian government versus the US government: which is the menace?!!

Dear friends, I want to mention some thing before reading my article. Please do not accuse me on plagiarism. You know what; I just thought such important subject needs documented evidence from different sources. This article is a collection of information of different sites; I just choose and somehow rewrite them.

“They re already sitting on an awful lot of oil and gas, why would they need nuclear as well to generate energy?” said Dick Cheney, US vice president. http://en.wikepedia.org/wiki/iran’s-nuclear-program
Good question! Why a major oil producer as Iran needs nuclear energy? Cheney maintained that Iran’s plans to build a civilian nuclear energy industry are motivated more by the aim of acquiring the capability of producing nuclear weapons than of providing for future energy needs. But Iranian government tens of times has announced that they’re getting to use peaceful nuclear power and by cooperating with the IAEA, since the enrichment activities, Iranian have recommenced are not in violation with Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and in this way they have responded to Americans accusations.
By reviewing Cheney’s question on Iran’s nuclear energy some points can come out:
If Cheney’s claim on Iran’s activities of producing nuclear power would be correct then so what? If it is correct Iran’s plans to build nuclear weapons are understandable. It is hardly a secret that Iran is prized for its oil and strategic proximity to Russia and china, the US competitors. They skim the profits in absence of US rival. Russia for example is building$ 800 million nuclear plans in southern part of Iran. Some of Chinese largest companies have made lucrative deals with Iran to improve the countries ballistic missiles. That’s money but US is not going to cooperate. On the other hand, Iran is located in strategic region of Middle East where it is surrounded by the US occupied countries, military like Iraq and Afghanistan and politically like India and Pakistan.
Another point is that Islamic Republic of Iran has remained outside of the US control after the ouster of Shah in 1979. In the days of Shah, the US junior partner in abetting its imperialist aims. Back then Giant Corporation, led by Westinghouse, was poised to take a lead role in making over Iran into a major user of nuclear energy. (www.trinicenter.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=1023 )
But suddenly and at the moment of Iranian revolution every thing changed and the
So called “best friend” or better to say colony of the US turned to be a dangerous country to US and even to the entire world, just because of the people of the country wanted to have an independent state.
The last point is that there are currently seven states that have successfully exploded nuclear weapons: 1- The USA, the only country which used nuclear weapons against other nations, during the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki until now. 2- Russia (formerly the Soviet Union) 3- the united kingdom 4- France 5- the people republic of china that are considered to be “nuclear weapons states”, an internationally recognized status conferred by the NPT. But the two non-signatory states of the NPT are India and Pakistan. Israel is also strongly suspected to have an arsenal of nuclear weapons and there have been reports that over 100 nuclear weapons might be in its inventory. None of these last three countries is a signatory to the NPT, but although Iran signed the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty and said its interest in nuclear technology including enrichment is for civilian purpose only (a right guaranteed under the Treaty) is accused by western nations specially US of attempting to develop the technology for weapon purpose, while there is no evidence for their accuse! This non evident accuse reminds me the US claim about having massive destructive weapons in Iraq and its expedition to Iraq and the following disasters.
I don’t know what the end of this scenario by US directory is but not only as an Iranian citizen but also as a free mind, warn to empire builders to give up the idea of aggression to other rights.

                       Is house work degrading?

The contrast between men and women about their rights has a long history behind it. There are different points making these kinds of struggles and house work is one of them.

Different groups have different opinions about house work, for example: radical feminists that are so extravagant believe that women should not marry men to be worry on having a child; they’d better marry women not to be worry. This group for sure, does not believe in house work. They believe while women can work outside like men and even better than them why they should waste their time in house by cleaning ,sweeping cooking and taking care of children. In their opinion house work is degrading.

There is another group with their own strict view about house work: men with traditional beliefs say that, it is the rule of the nature, men go working outside and women should stay inside, men should earn money but women should cook and clean the house.

In my opinion house work neither is degrading nor forced on women. I believe that men and women, because of the differences in their creation have different interests, abilities and talents. Men mostly do physical work because of their physical power, while women do works that needs more patients like: nursing or teaching. Because of their especial characteristic like being witty, delicate and elegant are experts in art work and decoration. House is one of the places that women are so powerful there. By house work women respond to some parts of their spiritual needs as a female. One of the most important parts of house work is taking care of children and besides all abilities and responsibilities either out or in the house, the most valuable and vital rule of a woman is to be a good mother, because god deposits his gift, love in the heart of a woman to devote her child . There is a magnificent Iranian proverb that depicts the importance of women in the house: a woman is the light of the house. It means that, a woman by the love and energy that devotes to her family makes the house a warm home.

Finally, I can say this is the matter of people’s choice and it depends on the person. Working at home would be as important and pleasant for one that working outside is for the other. Both of them are respectable.

Hello all,
This year (1385) is named after the blessed name of "great prophet Muhammad"(peace be upon him). You know what, at the beggining of each year the leader of our country , Ayyatollah Khamenei names the year purposefully .For example last year was named the year for serving the public, with the purpose of investigating the needs of all people, this does not mean that in other years there was no serving, because the duty of governments obviously is providing services to their people, but by naming the year all the activities of diffrent offices would be based on helping people and there would be a especial supervision on all offices.

This year is blessed by our great prophet's name because of some impolitely and shamelessly caricatures that some of western magazines and newspapers published. This ceremonial table iscalled cloth of seven dishes, (each one beginning with the Persian letter cinn). The number seven has been sacred in Iran since the ancient times, andthe seven dishes stand for the seven angelic heralds of life-rebirth, health, happiness, prosperity, joy, patience, and beauty. It starts on the 20th or 21st of March and the 1st day of Farvardin, the first month of Iranian calendar. Being the main and oldest ceremony in the country, Norooz has different customs which are basically the same but have some differences because of geographical and cultural variety in the country. Some of them are : Haftsin's(seven S ) table cloth, Tahvil's time(transition to the new year), Eidy(exchanging gifts) and Sizdahbedar(the 13th of Farvardin). In my province Mazandaran, like other provinces, Norooz ceremony starts with house cleaning. A few weeks before eve, people start cleaning and washing their rugs and sweeping their houses. They believe that by cleaning their houses they send off the winter and welcome the spring. They, before eve (1or 2 weeks) plant and grow lentil, pea and wheat and call it "Sabzeh" one of the sins (S) of the Haftsin's table cloth. People at the last Thursday of the year go to the graves and visit their dead dears. They take with themselves rose water, dates and sweet paste and give them to other to eat and pray for dead people. In Mazandaran, there were some people with their Surnas(a kind of traditional folk music instrument)that a few days before the starting of the new year ( saltahvil) would walk around alleys and would sing some song of coming of spring. They were called Norooz khan and people would give them things like candies, colorful eggs and cookies then singers would pray them to have a good year full of happiness and success. Nowadays all members of family sit around the Haftsin's table cloth and read Quran and usually read Hafiz. A few minutes before the starting of the new year (sal tahvil ) the great child of the family takes Quran and goes at the front door then at the exact moment of coming of the new year he/she enters in to the house, walk in the rooms and prays for the whole family to have a good year and after that all members of family hug and kiss each other. They present some gifts to each other that are called" Eidy". Like other parts of the country people in Mazandaran cook a special food with name" Sabzi polo" (rice with vegetables) with fish at the night of the eve that has its own story.

It will be continued...

<img style="FLOAT: left; It is the most interesting tourism attraction of West Azerbijan province. It is located on the 43 Km of eastern area of Mahabad, between Mahabad-Boukan roads near a village with the same name. This beautiful cave is a very glorious, magnificent and natural masterpiece, a very valuable gift which is dedicated from god to this region and its people. The point about this cave is that even thought the history of the cave date back to the second era of the geology, but it has not been named in any Iranian, Kurdish or Turkish books and Jaques de morgan, the famous French tourist, was the first on who mentioned to this cave in his book which was about the geography of west of Iran during 1890s. In 1970 a group of experts of Oxford University, well equipped, visited the cave and said that Saholan cave is one of the most wonderful water caves in the world.
Go to this adress to see some other photos of Saholan cave
http://www.parnian.malakut.org/

In the first session of the essay writing class when Dr Marandi told us that we should put our articles on weblogs, god knows that how much I scared. You know what! As a weak student in writing it is a bad news to put your articles on the internet under the exact eyes of the visitors. But like all the time, my professor's helpful advices lightened the way and help me to find the strain. Today I am one of the bloggers in blog village, and I just hope to be a good student for my lovely professor. Oh, the last and the most important point is that I love all of you dear bloggers and I will be so happy to have your comments.

Count down with me the days of winter :

today is the 11th of march and the 21th of esfand. I am studing English literature at Azzahra university of Tehran the capital of Iran.During this semester I have a class called essay writing with one of my best professors Dr Susan Marandi. In this class my classmates and I want to post our articles on our weblogs. As I mentioned before I want to write about my magnificent historical country IRAN .About it's natural and historical attractions. Many people think that my country's beauty is just limited in cities like Shiraz ,Hamedan ,Esfahan and Tabriz, but there are numerous fascinating places that dazzle every visitor's eyes. Now I want to introduce you one of the cities in Markazy province,in the heart of Islamic Republic of Iran.Mahallat is located in western south of Markazy province. It is about 207,937 kilometers and is surrounded by Qum ,Esfahan ,Kashan and Arak.Mahallat which is called by this name because of having different parishes that were sepetare from each other had other names like Anar and Sayer ol blook. It has many attractive places to visit and enjoy. one of them is the hot water spring of Mahallat that is called Healing spring and it is good good for people who have rheumatic problems. One of the other natural beautiful pictures of Mahallat is the Imam square where a huge 2500 year old plane-tree show off at the center. About the historical attractions of Mahallat I shoud say that there are some ancient Fire-templetayed for thousand yaers. The pillars of Khorhe village's Fire- temple which belongs to Sloky eras is one of them. Different archaeological reaserches have been done in this place and many precious objects have been found there. Milmooneh is the name of name of a pillar which is made up of different kinds of stones. It's height is about 8 meters and archaeologists guess that this 1600 year old pillar is one of the remained pillars of Jamshidy castle. Mahallat has many mines and factories too. Teravertino and marble are the products of these mines that are exported to Germany. Knit working is another industry of Mahallat and countries like Russia and Lebonan are the consumers of this industry. Besides all these explanations, Mahallat is the city of flowers. Since 1310 it has been the center of producing flowers, seeds and trees in the country. Every yaer, in summer ther is an international fair of flowers in the city of Mahallat and many beautiful flowers like cactus, chrysanthemum, tuberose and gladious are shown there.

as you see my blog title is Karaftoo.this is the name of one of the most beautiful mysterious caves in Kordestan, one of the western province of Iran. Here is some pictures of Karaftoo cave

Hi everybody,
Today is the first day of creating my blog .
